Toy Dojo accepts Paypal, Amazon Pay, and all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We offer many items for presale months before they are released. Payment for Pre-Order items can be made at the time of purchase or customers can elect to be billed later when items are about to arrive by selecting "Pre-Order" in the Payment section of checkout. Once order is received, you will be placed on our Pre-Order list for the item. Items are allocated on a first come first served basis. If for any reason our supply is shortened or cut and are not able to fill your order, your payment, if paid in full, for the item will be fully refunded. We will do our best to fulfill all orders but we are not responsible for any supply shortages or our shipments being cut from our supplier for any reason. Pre-Order item descriptions are based on initial product sheets which we receive and product and color changes can occur between the description release and the actual release date. We will update our listing with any information that we receive but please keep this in mind when ordering.
Customers can elect to be billed later for their pre-orders by selecting the Pre-Order option during checkout. Customers that elect this option will be billed approximately a week before items are scheduled to arrive. Customers are then given approx. 7 days to pay the invoice or they will lose pre-order pricing and allocation for the item. The Pre-Order option is ONLY for customer orders with pre-order items. Orders that do not contain pre-order items, which select the Pre-Order option, do not qualify and will be cancelled and deleted.
To select the Pre-Order (Pay Later) option, click checkout from your cart
Then choose the shipping option you want and move to the payment section
Select Pre-Order (Pay Later) and your order will be invoiced around the time the items are set to arrive. If you choose Credit Card, ShopPay, PayPal, or any other options besides Pre-Order(Pay Later), you will be charged immediately.
If payment is missed on one or more outstanding pre-orders which have arrived and become in-stock, other existing pre-orders in the same account will risk cancellation.
