SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Items are packaged and usually are ready to ship within 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 2-3 business days for international orders AFTER placing a successful order. These times are estimated times and may vary slightly during product release dates or peak times during the holiday shopping season. If Pre-Order items are combined with In-Stock items or other Pre-Order items on an order, the entire order will ship once ALL Pre-Ordered items become In-Stock. You will be invoiced for items that are in-stock if the pre-order items are not set to release for two or more months from the date of the order. We are open Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday and holidays. Any orders placed when we are closed will be handled when staff comes back the next business day. We offer shipping service via USPS, FEDEX, & UPS. UPS & FEDEX do NOT pick up during weekends so any orders using those shipping companies will be picked up the following business day. If you require special handling for any packages, please contact us to make special arrangements. If a shipment happens to fall on a holiday, it will be shipped the following day. We are not responsible for weather conditions, operational conditions, or any acts of God which prevent a shipping company from delivering your package on time.
Please note that scan times on tracking do not necessarily represent the pick up time of a package. Often times there is a delay from pick up to the first scan. Just because you do not see a scan for your tracking does not mean it was not picked up.
If you are located outside of the United States and choose USPS First Class, please be prepared to wait 2-8 weeks for delivery depending on where the destination is. We have seen packages be heavily delayed for no apparent reason. Packages will make it to the destination but it does take a very long time. If you need a faster service, please choose something other than USPS First Class.
DUTIES & TAXES
Toy Dojo ships orders outside of the United States however these orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and others fees assessed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Toy Dojo has not control over these charges. We suggest that customers contact their local customs office to determine what, if any, duties/taxes/fees will be charged.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders placed and shipped within the contiguous United States which have a pre-shipping total of $150 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Orders $149.99 or less will NOT qualify so please consider adding another item to your order to bring it over the threshold if you wish to use the free shipping service. Shipments with this method will use the shipping service of our choosing and can take between 2-9 business days. If you need earlier delivery, we offer other shipping options at an additional cost at checkout. Flat rate shipping to non contiguous parts of the United States only applies to small items. Please email customer service for large items to get better quotes.
PACKING & CONDITION
All orders are packed carefully by our shipping staff to ensure that the package gets to you safely. We try to do our part to help the environment so whenever possible we will reuse packing material. We do not take requests for custom packaging material. While we will do our best to pick out the best condition for items purchased, we DO NOT guarantee box condition of any items unless they have the MINT upgrade option available. To be fair to all our customers we do not take requests to go through our stock to pick out the best boxes.
CONDITION UPGRADE OPTION
Certain items will have the option for customers to upgrade the condition of the packaging of the item to Mint Condition Packaging or better for an additional charge. Mint Condition Packaging will be selected from the stock available and will be C9 (NRMT-MINT) with little to no flaws on the box. The default option will be Standard Condition Packaging which will be C8 or better and may have scratches or dents to the packaging. In the event that Mint Condition Packaging is selected and the boxes available do not fit that grade, we will notify you and provide options for your order. Items with the Condition Upgrade Option will have the condition options to the right of the product (see image below). Box condition for items are NOT guaranteed if the upgrade option is not offered. If you are having items sent to a forwarder or a third party shipping company, we can NOT guarantee box condition, even if offered, as another party will be handling the shipment before it reaches you. If you selected MINT and received something less than C9, please contact us immediately so that we can research what may have happened. We do NOT offer partial refunds over disparities to prevent fraudulent requests.
CANCELLATIONS
We honor cancellations on orders that have not been shipped or fulfilled. However, ALL paid orders will incur a 3% charge as transaction fees are no longer refunded by payment gateways or by PayPal. Credit/Debit card payments can take 3-5 business days after we initiate it before you receive your refund. You can move any paid transactions to store credit to avoid the 3% penalty.
RETURNS
We honor returns for any factory sealed item(s) if they are returned within 14 days of the purchase date and if the item is still in production. Please check all purchases as you receive them for errors as they will need to be reported within the 15 days. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped out of our warehouse in. If you are returning an item that was shipped with FREE standard shipping, you will be refunded your order amount minus the shipping cost to get the item to you. Factory defective items can be exchanged for the same item only, if the item is still in production otherwise no exchange is possible. Minor paint blemishes or excess do not count as defects as it is prevalent on most manufactured toys. If you choose to return an item when a fix or replacement is available, you will be refunded your order amount minus shipping costs and charged a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return shipping as we in good faith shipped out and fulfilled the order and also have a replacement available to fix the problem. Anyone attempting to replace and return a counterfeit in the place of an authentic item will be reported to the authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Anyone attempting to return an item NOT purchased from Toy Dojo in place of an item purchased at Toy Dojo or attempt to switch out figures will be denied and banned from purchasing in the future. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. Customer service must be contacted before returning any items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item and getting it replaced, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four days after we receive the returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
NON-PAYMENTS
Continued non-payments or cancellations of orders will lead to account suspensions and cancellations of future orders. If you have an issue or problem paying for an order, please contact us and we will attempt to assist when possible.
